1. Scope and seller
These terms govern purchases made in the shop on pokelink.eu. Payment opens in a Tebex window without leaving the site. Tebex Limited acts as the official reseller: it takes payment and sends the invoice. Tebex’s terms of sale apply to payment, and payment-related claims must be addressed to Tebex.
PokéLink remains responsible for in-game delivery of the items described below.
2. Items sold
The shop offers virtual items for use only on the PokéLink : Odyssée Minecraft server: Linkys, ranks and small support packs. These items have no existence or value outside this server.
The virtual currency “Linkys” has no monetary value. It cannot be traded, resold or converted into real money in any form.
The premium pass is purchased in game with Linkys. Crate keys are not sold for real money: they are obtained in game with Linkys or Pokédollars, and some are earned by playing.
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes. The price displayed in the Tebex payment window is binding.
3. Delivery
Delivery is automatic, in game, to the Minecraft account whose username was provided at purchase. If the player is offline, the item waits until their next connection. The buyer must provide the exact username: PokéLink cannot be held responsible for failed delivery caused by a typing error.

4. Right of withdrawal
The items sold are digital content supplied immediately without a physical medium. Before paying, the buyer ticks a box requesting immediate delivery and acknowledging the loss of their 14-day right of withdrawal once the purchase is delivered, under Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code.
5. Purchases by minors
Any purchase by a minor requires prior permission from their legal guardian. By paying, the buyer declares that they have this permission where required. Tebex may also carry out its own age checks.
6. Purchase history
The player area opens with your profile. Purchase history and Linkys spending will come later; until then, receipts sent by Tebex by email serve as the record.
7. Server rules and penalties
Purchased benefits do not exempt you from the server rules. A ban following a breach of the rules does not entitle you to a refund, including for unused benefits.
8. Changes and server closure
The server and its content change over time (updates, balance changes and removal of features). If the PokéLink server closes permanently, purchased benefits end without a refund.
